Deletion Request

We don't complicate or prolong anything unnecessarily. We've made account deletion as simple as possible, and as we believe it should be.

• Account deletion is available in the account settings under the Privacy section.
• Just click on "Delete Account", confirm the deletion, and the account will be set for removal.
• After attempting to log in again, it will not be possible if the data has not yet been deleted.

Data Deletion

• Data will be deleted on average within 15 minutes, in rare cases up to 24 hours. In the event of a system failure, this time may be longer.

New Account After Deletion

After deleting the account, it is possible to log in again, which will automatically create a new account.

• Since the data is actually deleted, it is possible to log in with the same email address even after deletion, as the system will treat it as a new, never-before-used address.
• All statistics, settings, and progress will be reset to default values.

Automatic Deletion

In some cases, we may delete a user account without the user's knowledge.

• The account will be automatically deleted if there has been no activity on the account in the form of starting a game in the last 2 years.
• The account will be automatically deleted if the user does not play fairly and attempts to cheat or use automation tools.
• The account will be automatically deleted if the user spreads hate in the community, incites criminal acts or other offenses, or engages in activities that are not in line with good morals.
• The user is in no case entitled to compensation.
